  5. If none of the 4 countries put pressure on the 5th, it means they are not sincere on what they say. They "support" India because they know China will veto. May be behind closed doors, they told China and make sure China veto.

  6. Is he sincere. If he is sincere, will he put pressure on China. May be he "support" India bid because he knows China will do the "dirty job" to veto. America will pretend to be friendly to India but in reality a hypocrite. Also because of internal politics, BJP Party will give false hope to its people in order to score points - though they know US are not sincere
