  1. The world have to share the burden of US inflation due to dollars printing. Similarly the US want other countries they call "allies" share the burden of WW3 which they want to start against China. US want to make sure no major country stay on the fence in case of WW3. US want to make sure all of its so called allies be potential nuclear targets so as to minimize costs in US side
