  2. Just imagine an accidental collision or whatever between a US ship/ aircraft and Chinese/ Russian counterpart resulting in several US deaths. Can US government react rationally if their people are angry. Will they start WW3 because of a dozen US deaths. Even a football defeat can so upset them....
