  2. USA "support" India membership because they know China will veto. Its like saying China "support" scrapping veto rights because they know US will veto.

  3. US still want to dictate. With or without approval of UNSC, they can destroy weak countries.

  4. USA will "support" India because they know China will veto. China has reason to veto because they feel that US is rewarding India of a support because of India anti China policy.
