  2. The big problem with Robo Taxis or Autonomous Cars is security if say.. 5 thugs standing on your way. In a normal car, the driver has a choice to force its way and hurt these thugs wheras an Autonomous car will likely stop one meter close to these thugs. Passengers pulled out, beaten, stolen. So quite obvious, autonomous cars or Robo Taxis are not suitable for US but suits very well for safe countries like China
