  5. If the West really sincere to stop corruption in Africa. It's simple, just don't allow money laundering in Western banks. Don't allow corrupt leaders purchase the overpriced real estate in Paris, London ect. But they won't, they are hypocrites, they love that dirty money but still want to play the high moral ground
