Sure after the first one completed in 1928..Indian government cannot proceed with land acquisition in more than 2 provinces at same time. Too many votes will be lost. So proceed slowly. At that speed it will take 500 years fir India to complete same like what China did that is 42000 km HSR track

  5. When they need to fool you, they will praise you... good boy... largest democracy.. blah.. blah.. What had happened was that many Germans were enraged India taking advantage of cheap Russian Oil. So the cartoonist had this idea to compare your very democratic India to China.

  6. The only way to earn respect from Westerners is to work hard and smart and surpass them. Then their racism wont make sense. You can just make a sarcastic smile when they mock you - instead of whining like a crybaby and pointing finger on (undemocratic) China
