It's supposed to be annual summit. Two years ago it was held in Russia. Last year summit was skipped and so this year summit is supposed to be held in India. Putin is supposed to be welcomed in New Delhi. But why and why last year was skipped. The problem is with India. Too hesitant under US pressure.
