  1. Some foreign tourists to Japan like to idealise Japan and the Japanese so much and hold them to unrealistic standards. "Trains are never late! Everyone is so great and kind and polite!" they're just positively stereotyping people, instead treating Japanese people as actual human beings who are different from one another. I see a lot of content creators do this, and while I love visiting Japan, overly praising it makes me quite uncomfortable because it's not based on reality.
