  1. This vid about beating the heat was very helpful for Vehicle and house people because I hope they have what It takes to beat the heat! Water is #1 for summer. There’s also pool or water park. You can also treat yourself to ice cream, milkshake or blended coffee. I use my cooling rag with cold water and I put it on like I do with hoodie. Cool or cold shower is very helpful. The mist fan and fan neck are helpful too which I used to have when I went to swap meet. Stay out of Death Valley, Arizona and Las Vegas during summer because there’s been extreme heat going on especially dry heat. I would also stay out of hikes during summer and rattlesnake season. Hopefully people have AC to keep them cool. Also if some have fan or ac in house or vehicle, turn it to high and cool. Make sure to always wear sunscreen for outdoor activities. The vehicle shades help reduce heat inside vehicles. Always find shady spots for outdoors. Other than that thank you for helping people beat the heat
