  1. The reason Putin is not trying to use the drone attacks on Moscow to drum up domestic support is that the incident itself did far too little damage, it is simply not significant enough. You can be certain that Putin is monitoring the response from the Russian people and has gauged that they were not angry enough. At least not enough to where Putin felt he could capitalize on it. I believe he made the right call on this occasion. He will await further bigger attacks on Moscow before committing himself to that. He may have a 'spectacular' Russian false flag attack already in the planning. We must remember, Putin will think nothing of killing several hundred of his own people to meet those ends. Don't be surprised if a small Russian apartment block full of people is blown to pieces in the middle of the night. This would be right out of the Russian playbook. Slava Ukraine.
