  1. Just read up on ATAK and how it works. DHS has a Youtube video on how it can be implemented. Very neat. I remember during Desert Storm and the then new GPS innovation in all the tracks and wheeled assets was cutting edge battlefield management. ATAK takes it about nine steps further. Great for interoperability too.
