  1. To go old school-ish, it's like the different rooms on CompuServe or IRC. Or Digital Talkgroups on DMR, D-Star etc on Ham radio. I hadn't looked into it much aside from thinking of reserving a user ID or handle or whatever it would be called. This was a good primer on it.
