  1. with the wide road at 4:50 the high rise next to it for once does fit. as you get a bit of a canion effect.

  2.  @TheLyricalCleric  you could try and get in contact with people on the city council. They could drum op support from out of the council itself. and if that does not work. maybe look in to becoming that council member next period. I did in my hometown. it is tough but still nice to do.
