  2.  @malcolmholmes2596  because people tend to be attracted to their home of origin. That goes very deep. All the extra land offshore was for most just a economical enhancement. Aimed at making the home place better.

  3.  @-haclong2366  if you live near a tourist hot spot (beaches, village centre) or if the super marked is the only one in a bigger area or both at the same time I can see that happen. Where I live in the netherlands you can see massive parking lots near the beaches (Zeeland) and outside of the tourist towns, villages.
