  9.  Semih Tok  kebab? interesting here kebab is a stack of meat on a stick/pole that is being roasted on a open fire or grill. it's a dish made mostly in Southerner and Eastern parts of the Mediterranean sea. very lovely i would say.

  10. my mother has asked my brother her sister and brother in law and me to for pay her $50,- for her not to smoke. if she does smoke even one cigarette she has to pay us all the money back in double. Now one cigarette will cost here $600,- this could also help you. make the cost of a cigarette so crippling high it is just not worth to smoke.

  20. The thing is if you have a lab available with some spare space. These are the types of research a lot of universities will allow. in the mean time they will have other research areas that will be making more progress on a more short term time. Often money is not really a issue as they are often using materials/facilities that are just there.

  25.  @gamasierra  Not much different as it does now. You don't have muscles ² in your foot or hands you only have tendons that are operated from the wrist/ankle. Above that you still also have your skin it self. ²you of course still have muscles inside your blood vessels, skin and hair.

  30. ​ @MangaGamified  not really. do to the earthquakes only there and in the south of Limburg (mines). If you want bunkers just go to any Dutch coastal town. I know of a friend of mine she has a old ww2 bunker in her garden. works great as a wine cellar. but foor doomsday reasons? the biggest disaster we can have is dike breach when a major storm is going. for that you need elevation not a bunker.

  33. The thing is a lot of the employees at Youtube or Google it self don't even know them selves how the whole algorithm does work. If it is even just one algorithm. I won't be surprised if Google is using multiple systems with sup systems. like. in one video Youtube will use a system for the adds, a system to keep track what you are watching now and how far in the video you are, a system for the chat underneath it. the system that recommend other video's. and who knows what more and all those systems will be used to try to get one need picture.

  35. for the YouTube part you could use kind of parenting apps that limits your YouTube time for everyday. You do need someone with a phone to act as a parent phone. It works really well. You could also extend this to other apps if you feel like it.

  36.  @Razz_Putitin  a lot just do. most of those studies are done by universities and they can do those researches on a rather low maintenance low impute (not to much time in a day) that is just fine. I know there is a school that has a tar research going that requires 0 impute takes a small space in. but does need time to just go on.

  39. they could have found a other food source that had a similar affect. It's the same as with Russia back then. like dairy, meat,eggs other fish. most animals have it in them especially with in there liver. I know that in Russia and Finland caribou would have been a source for those living more inland. and fish for those at the coast.

  43. but how can the laboratory be in Washington DC USA when the current official kilo is still in Paris France? You will need it to do the actual first measurement. You can't fly/ship it over because that could interfere with the kilo. further you can't use the copy version that is already in the USA as it not the actual kilo. it may be off 0.001 nanogram but still that is a error of 0.001. wouldn't it be better to build that measure device as close to the kilo standard as possible?

  45. i think the biggest obstacle will be to know who is who is responsible in a car crash if the car is fully autonomous. now it's the person who is driving the car. but if the car is driven by software from tomtom.com then technically the programmer is the one who is driving it indirect.

Youtube does take in the like/dislike ratio. if a video get's a lot and a lot of ether likes or dislikes it will feature it. the aim for YouTube it to make you want to watch as much video's (ads) as possible. a video with strong dislikes can still a chief that function. In the end YouTube is a business that has to make money for it's mother company (Google and Alphabet)
