  2. my mother has asked my brother her sister and brother in law and me to for pay her $50,- for her not to smoke. if she does smoke even one cigarette she has to pay us all the money back in double. Now one cigarette will cost here $600,- this could also help you. make the cost of a cigarette so crippling high it is just not worth to smoke.

  4. for the YouTube part you could use kind of parenting apps that limits your YouTube time for everyday. You do need someone with a phone to act as a parent phone. It works really well. You could also extend this to other apps if you feel like it.

  11. yes even there willpower can be broken at a point. no human being has a infinite willpower. it may take a lot longer or a other way to lose it but any human can be broken down. the fastest way overall is to deprive someone of any kind of stimuli for days and days and days.
