  2. no according to mister Celcius the boiling point is 0 and the freezing point is 100. only those pesky French had to change it.

  4.  @AM-os4ty  in a lab if they want precision they will go for the Kelvin system if they need to be ISO precise. In every day here in the Netherlands we always use the Celsius system. That has been in use from the time Napoleon annexed the Netherlands in to France. That is also the main reason most of Europe got to adopt that system.
