  9. Ray Dalio is a CCP tool. Certainly he can see what's going on in the stock market is a classic pump-and-dump. He should know, he's been doing it for years. The CCP can throw as much money around as it wants but it won't cure the disease in the Chinese economy: central planning doesn't work.
