  1. Women are incredibly expensive. Money just seems to evaporate whenever they are around. Smart men stay single today. Besides, women are strong and independent and don't need no man. Well OK then, that's good, then you won't get no man. I was able to retire at 45 because I stayed single and I never really made that much but I was thrifty, something you usually can't do with a wife. A man's needs are few, a woman's are bottomless.

  2. One of the biggest causes of so many problems is the stupid system of having to make payments on a house that is not yet built. That is a system that absolutely invites fraud. You're giving hundreds of thousands of dollars to someone on a "trust me, bro" deal. If they would just make a government edict that mortgage payments only begin the moment you move into the house this could all be avoided. Now the builders would be eager to finish the house to get their payment. The Chinese real estate system has taken the word "vaporware" and applied it to create "vaporhousing".

  3. This is Communism "with Chinese characteristics'. So there. Seriously though, when will people get it through their heads that Communism doesn't work? It goes totally against human nature. Marx should have taken a few psychology courses. If I make something, then it is mine. No? It belongs to the people? I sure didn't see the people here helping me! Get your hands off it's mine! <bang-bang-bang>. "The people" win. Communism always requires force and violence. Communism killed over 100 million people in the 20th century alone. If it was so great you wouldn't have to kill people, instead they'd be lining up and demanding it.

  4. As stated above, real estate and the stock market are both shaky. If I was in China I'd only rent a place to live, live very frugally, and put every penny I have in gold which, believe it or not, is legal in China. Gold is very portable, easily concealable, and virtually indestructible. Knowing China, just make sure it isn't fake. @Labyrinth6000
