  1.  @englishpedant  I don't think the CCP allows YouTube creators to fly into China and film new footage every week so repeats are pretty much all you have other than a blank screen. There's only so much Chinese stock video footage available and all of the China channels use the same stuff. It is what it is.

  4. Too bad I don't want to live in a third-world Communist sh*t-hole in a dangerous tofu high-rise. Those prices are pretty good. 7000 yuan per square meter works out to about $89 per square foot. BTW, 1 million yuan = about $137,741 and a square meter is about 10.76 square feet. So to save real estate the CCP is willing to risk lessening food production? Wow. The only solution I see is for the CCP to refund all money spent on homes that were never finished and bulldoze all unfinished homes and stop all building of new homes. But that would cost more money than even the CCP has. China is f*cked.

  8. From what I gather, the lease period is only 70 years, about a life span. In a way, it's a 100% inheritance tax. When you die instead of your heirs getting it, it reverts back to the government. The only people permitted generational wealth are high CCP members. Communism is just a large version of a Southern plantation before the Civil War. Hundreds toil in the fields so a few can live large in the mansion and play sex games with Scarlett O'Hara.
