  12. U.S. infrastructure was very well built...70 years ago. It's just not maintained enough. I forget how many miles of paved roads there are in America but there's not enough money in the world to repair them all. Maybe they should rip up the asphalt and just have gravel roads. Run a road grader down them once a month and there you go.
