  1. I wonder if Xi isn't champing at the bit to attack Taiwan but his generals are telling him we aren't ready yet and if you do it now we're going to lose. Xi doesn't like being told no and therefore replaces them. Xi does show a propensity of wanting to be surrounded by yes men. Same thing happened to Putin when his three day military intervention is now over 500 days and counting. Putin likes yes men too.
