  3. In 40 or 50 years, if China is still there, it will be interesting to see how those expired ground leases are handled. Automatic renewal but a hefty payment required? Building torn down with owner losing everything? And what will the value of the buildings be when there's only 10 years left to go before expiration? Will anyone buy them? @dw620
