  1. The only problem is that it has a 4-1/2 foot bed. If Ford would make a 2-door with a 6-1/2 foot bed I'd buy one today. Same chassis and overall length just more bed, less seats. I want a truckette (sorry, it isn't really a truck) to haul cargo, not people. As far as "truckette" goes, I have a 1992 Dodge Dakota and, yeah, compared to my 1992 4x4 Ford 3/4 ton pickup, it's a truckette too. I don't want a vehicle that I can't comfortably sleep in if required. If you take a lot of cross-country trips you will eventually end up sleeping in your vehicle. I prefer a 6 foot truck bed with a topper shell. 4-1/2 feet just won't work.
