  1. One possible reason Russia hasn’t destroyed the HIMARS and ATACMS systems, could be that Ukraine has put them in civilian areas. They know Russia does everything in their power to limit civilian casualties, so Ukraine feels that they can store weapons where they are indirectly protected by the civilian population.

  2. The Putin doesn’t need to say a word to Elensky or Trump. The Russian military is doing all the talking. That conversation is definitely one-sided though, hence Ukraine having nothing left to say. They’re short on words, weapons, and manpower 🤷
