  2. It wouldn’t surprise me if that terrorist attack in Turkey was orchestrated by the three letter agencies, as provocation to Turkey, knowing full well how they will respond. Then BRICS will see Turkey attacking the Kurds and not allow Turkey to join BRICS, until it resolves its issues with the Kurds. Maybe I’m too cynical, but those three letter agencies definitely would stoop that low.
