One of several things he got wrong in the video is that red was used for visibility. Red actually looks like black at night, and is one of the LEAST visible colors! Which is why it's stupid that most fire trucks are painted red, because I can tell you that they basically are invisible parked on the side of the freeway at night, you can see the lights flashing but can't see what they are on. Also like how many highway patrol cars and uniforms are black or blue, no hi viz on, and they love walking into the roads lol
