  1. Agave necter uses basically the same process to make it as HFCS. It's just starting from Agave plant starch (there is nothing naturally sweet about the agave plant) rather than the corn starch.

  2. A couple of things that you missed. Agave necter is from basically the same process as HFCS. Just a different starch source, same results. Glucose fuels muscles. Fructose just goes to fat. So don't use fructose for body building shakes and such because it doesn't help the muscles at all. And it sounds so weird the way you PRUNOUNCE fructose lol I usually hear it starting out like Fruit, maybe it's a west coast thing? Lol
