  1. But if I don't buy brown sugar, I won't have the excuse to nibble on the hard lumps when it dries out! Lol Also, not all brown sugars are remixed. It's the cheap brands that just add the molasses back into white sugar. It seems like C&H is actual brown sugar as well as some of the fancy brands. So basically you are duplicating Walmart store brand quality brown sugar, rather than the good stuff, so maybe try some better brands of brown sugar and see if it's worth the extra step storing it for the higher quality!
