  1. In post collapse drone videos, that pool is sitting safely on an undamaged and stable level on a different portion of the building. Also, you can tell from the 2 thin straps used to rig it that it is not heavy, because it's a fiberglass shell. And it would not have been filled until the construction was complete, and all the plumbing connected etc. But you don't fill the pool while dust and debris is still everywhere.
