He's got a very successful company growing at a ridiculous rate, 4 very successful models in volume production, 2 more factories about to come on line, and 2 more very anticipated products preparing to begin manufacturing, so yes, not much chance of anyone being stronger than him.

  5. The reasons for the Roadster delay are obvious, and it's not a key part of the company valuation, more like the cherry on top. Same with the Cybertruck. The Semi keeps getting delayed, but they have functioning prototypes in testing, and are building the factory for it, so there is no question it's still in progress. In other words, bringing a secondary product to market late due to lots of delays is not fraud, whereas claiming to have something ready to start manufacturing when you don't even have a functional prototype is fraud.

  6. The anti Elon media doesn't seem to be able to tell the difference between fraud, and delays in scheduling due to unforseen issues, or simply plans changing as progress is made. In addition, the main remaining things that they have left to point to as "fraud", the Roadster, Semi and Cybertruck, are not core business products that Tesla relies on, the Model 3 and Y are the main product lines and they are going great. So the only real complaint is that the others are taking longer than expected, but in order to prove fraud you have to show that Elon KNEW they were going to be delayed, and made false statements. But if he actually believed the time line was possible, then it's not fraud.
