@ferwiner2 "what I am used too" = normal and simple "what others use" = magic numbers and unbearably difficult Math is math, and formulas always use magic numbers, or do you think that Pi is an Imperial thing? Anytime you convert or compare units, you are going to use some form of Constant, and just because you are used to the Constants for the units you use, doesn't make them any different than the constants someone else uses.

Those numbers are all great, but as a rock crawling Jeep guy, at those torque numbers you will be going about a half a mile per hour at red line rpm, so they really have no bearing on a comparison with a vehicle that doesn't shift gears, and has that torque available through much of its speed range. Notice how in the video he gives the numbers for the Dodge in 1st and 2nd gears, which means that in 3rd gear it will be less than the Tesla. So how fast can it go in 2nd gear? The Tesla will still be pulling away from it at that speed, whatever it is lol This is where delivered power is seen to be more than just torque or horsepower, it is all about the combination of both, and the power curves of when it is applied.
