  1.  Nice Boy  that may be, but Elon seems to have the gift of being able to find the best people to hire, and put them on the right track, because he regularly has his crew get things done everyone else says is impossible. Trevor is different, because he talks a lot like Elon, but he's never actually shown something that he or his team has actually gotten done. If he can roll out something for people to inspect, then maybe he can be trusted, but if he's going to hide behind lawyers and not prove the claims false, he's just proved them accurate.

  2. Gm had to have known what they were getting in for, no way Nikola would have accepted a one sided deal like that if they had anything to offer other than the hype. And GM probably has an exit clause in the contract allowing them to sell off the shares quickly in case of fraud, or to take the rights to the Nikola name and Badger, etc. Or buy the company as largest shareholder for pennies lol
