@Tenkai917 as Scott pointed out, it looks like 3 drouge chutes deployed, (which are part of the parachute) and it almost looked at one point like there were 3 sets of shroud lines out, but then you ended up with only 2 parachutes. If the drouge did in fact deploy, then it was a parachute failure, not just a failure to deploy. Think of if you are skydiving, and you throw your drouge chute out, and your parachute either fails to come out because the drouge line breaks, or the parachute comes out but isn't properly attached to your harness and just falls away. You deployed the parachute, but it failed. So if 3 drouge chutes deployed but only 2 chutes opened, then it was a parachute failure.

@anushervontabarov8568 first of all, the service module will be falling at terminal velocity, and at those speeds hitting water is just like hitting concrete. So it will smash all the tanks open long before anything starts sinking, releasing clouds of highly toxic gas. Then, what does mix with the water isn't made non toxic by the water, it just creates incredibly toxic water. In addition, the NTO basically creates nitric acid when it hits the water, leaving a plume of highly toxic and highly acidic water in the close vicinity to rescue boats and rescue divers, depending on wind and water currents. And you never know how close the capsule and SM will end up, so it could complicate rescue.

@WetaMantis with Crew Dragon, the hypergolics are in the capsule, not the trunk, so unless the capsule itself sustains damage, there is no uncontrolled release of hypergolics during an abort.

@michaeldiaz4942 problem with that theory is that impact on water at that speed is like hitting concrete, so it will disentagrate on impact, releasing the hypergolics, before sinking.
