@Scottmanly, the reason that the Falcon Heavy in reusable mode is better than the Falcon 9 in expendable mode, is because fuel is cheap, rockets are not! If you can burn 3 times as much fuel, but be able to reuse most of your rocket, you all of a sudden reduced the cost of getting cargo to space by magnitudes! And then the brilliance of it is that if you then need a heavier, you just use your oldest F9s, charge more, and use the same rocket system, which gives you further savings from scale and consistency.
