  1. ​ @WARnTEA if Starship reaches full reusability as planned, the costs will be so much lower than F9 that it won't make sense to use F9 anymore. Anything that you can launch on F9, even to some weird orbit, you can do the same thing on Starship and add a space tug with a lot of fuel to get to the other orbit. The only scenario for F9 being useful is for DOD rapid launch scenarios, but even then Starship would probably be faster.
