  1. Actually, the satellites distribute along their orbits through use of their krypton thrusters, the spin was just to get them far enough apart so they could use the thrusters without damaging any neighbors.

  2. Yup Boeing is not as far behind SpaceX as they were, though they still have to successfully launch it actually into space still, and have no other setbacks or delays or bugs to work out that would throw them further behind schedule lol
