@mddunlap03 early development test flights that were expected to not land perfectly show how fast they are improving, so expect to see this take the same curve as landing F9.

@divedevil985 you think that Boeing and ULA and everyone else don't destroy test articles?!? Lol! They destroy far more than SpaceX does, because they spend years testing each item separately, but they do it in labs and remote test facilities that no one is watching, where SpaceX does all their testing in public. The other big difference is that because they can build things so rapidly and cheaply, they can afford to do All Up tests, and if the rocket blows up because of a bad valve, they just build a new rocket and try again, instead of having to spend years "qualifying" every part for fear of blowing the rocket up. It's the difference between a "Hardware rich" development philosophy and a simulation to avoid having to build test articles philosophy. Guess which one is faster?

I approve of companies having a sense of humor and some sass! The metal vs CF demo is as misleading as Edison electrocuting an elephant or Nikola rolling their truck down a hill, since no one is going to have an unsecured flat sheet of thin metal with no support or pressure behind it like that, but I can laugh instead of being a Pedant... Smirk I hope Elon replies lol

@divedevil985 Tesla currently does not get any EV subsidies, they reached the sales cap a long time ago. And the new ones being pushed are specifically designed to exclude Tesla as much as possible.
