  1.  @advorak8529  during launch the hatches are under a fairing, thus being protected from direct aerodynamic pressure, and in fact possibly creating a partial vacuum. On reentry, the hatch isn't going to be on the windward side, and will be in the low pressure slipstream behind the ship. So while specific surfaces may have higher loads on them, the ship will never be exposed to greater than atmospheric pressure.
