  1. I think the apparent covert ride share launch is remarkable due to the comfort of the 3 Letter Agencies with SpaceX being able to manage such a launch. It really opens up possibilities for them, and saves money, rather than having to get dedicated launches on new rockets every time. And I imagine that the ride share customer probably received a minor discount in exchange for not being able to access their satellite once it was attached to the Launch Adaptor, and then the secret satellites were integrated in full secrecy.
