The only situation I would see this as helpful is in an air conditioned office where it's just a little too warm at your desk. Put one blowing on your arms, and maybe one on your legs, and let the a/c deal with the humidity. And I was actually reminded to come watch this video by the shoutout HVACR videos gave to you lol You can really learn a lot about troubleshooting from him.
