This was the case simply because Israel hasn't retaliated. If Israel did retaliate for real, each waves of airstrikes will be 10 times more costly than Israel's interception for Iran due to the damage inflicted on Iran's infrastructures. What Israel did was a warning shot, if Israel was serious, Iran's oil facilities will blow up, Iran's ports, dams, Iran's missiles, production facilities etc.. will be hit. Israel could cripple Iran's economy very easily. Israel's single missile did more damage in cost than Iran's entire 320 missiles and drones.

@zainulzainab4762 Read my comments above. You are only calculating Iran's attack on Israel not the other way around, a single wave of Israeli strikes will be 10 fold more costly for Iran. Your one dimensional point of view is why you guys have been losing to Israel for 75 years straight.

Israel has missiles the range that covers all of Iran. So your argument about area is irrelevant. Here are some examples, Jericho 2, Jericho 3, Popeye turbo cruise missiles, Blue Sparrow, Silver Sparrow air launched ballistic missiles range of 1,500 km - 2,000 km. These are equivalent to Russia's Kinzhal.

Again you are focusing on defense, you left out Israel's offense, read the paragraph above what Israel could do to Iran's economy and missile stockpile.

@marcelooofenwonken4251 Another point I want to make, Iran's ballistic missiles are big targets, it means they are easily detected. Iran has about a total of 200 launchers hidden in its undergrounds bunkers. Take note: 200 launchers means Iran's ballistic missile salvo firing rate capability is capped at 200 missiles at a time. It took Iran a week or so to prepare for the attack. The launchers had to move out of the bunkers into position and they take time. Iran trying the same thing again would see Israeli air force obliterating those like sitting ducks.

@ImSadiaNadeem Ask your brothers in Egypt, Syria and Jordan what happened to their combined armies without the US. Egypt's entire air force got wipeout in less than 3 hours. You are lucky the US is pressuring Israel not to hit Lebanon, Yemen and Iran.

Out of 120 ballistic missiles, only 5 managed to get through. That is a 95.8% interception rate, world class performance. Arrow 2 and 3 conducted the interceptions. Out of the 120 ballistic missiles, the US intercepted 7. Which means Israel intercepted 113 ballistic missiles, which brings the interception rate at 95.5%. Even if we were to give Iran the benefit of doubt and say 9 ballistic missiles hit Israel, still Israel alone had an interception rate of 92%. 92% interception rate is still world class. The US, UK, France and Jordan intercepted cruise missiles and drones which are relatively easier, Israel could have done it alone with its fighter jets if Jordan allowed it to its airspace. Even if the nations above didn't assist, Israel's fighter jets would take them down easily. I have not even brought up Iron Dome, Iron Dome does extremely well against drones and cruise missiles. Iron Dome didn't even get a chance to intercept the drones and cruise missiles since they were shot down too easily by the fighter jets. The funny thing is you mentioned all of the nations above but you forgot to mention Lebanon launching 100 rockets coordinated to land during the same period, you also left out Iraq launching rockets and drones, you also left out Syria launching drones and rockets, you also left out Yemen launching missiles and drones during the same period. Which means in reality Israel intercepted a lot more.

@araztheman Israel already did. The satellite images are everywhere you can deny all you want but the evidence shows S-300 radar obliterated.

@araztheman At the end of the day, Iran humiliated it self. Its offense was literally useless against Israel, Israel showed Iran that a single Israeli missile did more damage than the entire 320 Iranian missiles and drones. A warning shot took out Iran's best air defense and surpassed Iran's salvos of missiles and drones in terms of damage and precision.

@666rayoflight Hamas is begging Israel for a permanent ceasefire/withdrawal for the release of the remaining hostages but Israel rejected it. Israel is only giving a temporary ceasefire for the release of hostages.

Israel has intercepted more projectiles than the US, UK, France and Jordan combined in their entire life time. In other words Israel has more experience in dealing with them. Israel can handle them alone with or without the US.

Israel has spy satellites that could see Iran's equipment movements, spy planes, and long range anti-ballistic missile radar with detection range more than 900 km. The IDF didn't cover up anything, Iran's offensive damage was so minimal to the point it did close to zero damage.
