  13. I now know that I am a 'smiling depressive' and was put on bi'polar meds for years. Don't take anything now, but still tend to 'overdo'it when with ppl, and that is rare...I spend my with, and love, animals...less stress.

  15.  @noklarok  I don't think so, as long as it's 1 in 7.....allegedly years ago, horses instead of cars in cities, horses were worked on a 10 day week...eventuall they started breaking down....may mean nothing...I read that years ago and it stuck with me. I'm sure Jesus would understand, 😂

  19. I only watch 'Doc Martin' on MSM and was horrfied to see the ads you mention....usually mute and keep half an eye out for show to resume. And I know ppl who only watch MSM.

  20. A new DR did tests and said to stop my VD immediately because it was too high. I was taking 5000 iu p/day....Not long after I had a severe food poisoning - aeromonas- which lasted for 3 months....Without the knowledge I now have I began taking 5000 iu 2x a week. Four months later aeromonas returned, now four months later I have colitis and still have the symptoms. Will up the dose ....it can't hurt. So glad I found this vid although I have been following you.
