  1. A new DR did tests and said to stop my VD immediately because it was too high. I was taking 5000 iu p/day....Not long after I had a severe food poisoning - aeromonas- which lasted for 3 months....Without the knowledge I now have I began taking 5000 iu 2x a week. Four months later aeromonas returned, now four months later I have colitis and still have the symptoms. Will up the dose ....it can't hurt. So glad I found this vid although I have been following you.
