  2. Sick .... The way them people are treated in that jail, criminal or not, is inhumane. That whole place should be condemned and Cleveland should make a new one where its not so overcrowded, better staffed and more regulations on who can be a C.O. because obviously right now that jail is no way legal and should be completely shut down. But of course they think its smarter to just make a new police H.Q like that's gonna make a difference. Cleveland is a joke and always will be untill they really do the shit that matters. A new basketball arena facelift, super expensive apartment highrise and police HQ relocation is more important than the lives of the of the people in that sick jail that is almost 3rd world like. Unbelievable

  4.  @DwellsSouthern  yes and that man was as much of a coward as all other mass shooters. I pray that God can overtake this satanic rush in the United States and stop these insane shootings. It not only makes me feel bad for the families but makes me scared to be in highly populated areas! :(
