  3. C7 ZR1 obviously can hang with it if not beat it on a track while boasting an actual interior ... not a stripped out interior like the ACR and Ford GT ... Bose surround sound in a track car ffs.. and cheaper! To me, it seems the C7 Corvette ZR1 is the best american sports car ever made and the Viper ACR and Ford GT were overpriced but capable cars with no interior luxury. Ford GT being very exclusive but overpriced imo ... either 3 are amazing cars though and I consider them the 3 best American cars ever made. 1. C7 Corvette zr1 2. Viper ACR 3. Ford GT all modern versions... original gt40 was British design so we can't even call that American and the original Vipers were very cool but very iffy in both performance and reliability.. but Corvette was solid almost the entire way (we'll forget the late 70's, 80's and early 90's ever existed for any car right?)

  5.  @evoemperor3776  were talking about lap times, which is what the ZR1 and Ford GT are built for. The track. And the ZR1 runs close to the GT in most courses and even faster than the GT at some courses. The Bugatii is a super fast fast luxury car built for top speed. The GTR is built for the the quarter mile and track. So no, the GTS isn't comparable to the Bugatti, while the ZR1 is comparable to the Ford GT.

  8. midwest sneakerhead the z06 can go upwards of 100k and beat many other super cars on a track .. It is a super car by way of performance and the new zr1 will be one too

  16. No. Even viper isn't really a direct competitor considering they don't make them anymore... Ford has its GT AND Shelby gt500'S .. neither are geared to compete with the corvette.. The corvette is in its own class in the U.S
