  17.  Yawanah Yasharahla  I mean east side of cleveland and east cleveland combined when I say that... there's a huge area of both of the cities that are on this level ... city limits dont matter to me much when you can be on 129th and superior and cross over to east cleveland and not know it. Of course the east side of Cleveland has some thriving neighborhoods.. most are unfortunately in shamble... which matches most of east cleveland .. in shamble
