  1. Neither. Soon after we are all dead, U.A.E will be spent of all oil reserves and most vehicles will run on electricity.. No middle eastern metropolis seems like a good place to live. VERY strict laws that allow limited freedom... Everything from food to clothing is way overpriced.. You have dust storms and overwhelmingly hot weather year round.. no rich culture ... I just dont see the draw in ANY middle eastern city...
