  2. You can use TDD everywhere, but you can't test everything, that was his point. I'm doing TDD privately, rather it's slight mutation, called AMDD - Agile Modeling Driven Development. It solves step with designing your solution by trying to model it first in whatever you want, be it SysML, UML or something else. And yes, TDD IMHO should look integration-lookalike to be most useful. Maybe you should look at his practical videos where he refactored code in java or wrote small fizzbuzz with TDD?
